  absolutely weird.

  minding my own business while pumping gas - this 60 year old short jw lady with fluffed bun styled 60's hair and her 30 year old attractive 5 ' 10 inch jw lady partner came straight up to me as i'm pumping.

  Mr. Flipper YOU ARE DA MAN, what a great story!!! what an encounter. They were encouraged to hate field circus even more than they probably do already, lol!

  Last week i had two elders show up at my door, i know them both. I opened the door, said This is not a good time, and shut the door again. As the door was closing, one of them said, We just wanted you to know we're thinking about you. I thought, Don't think about me!

  I thought, Why don't those guys ever come see us in regular clothes, like when they were our "friends," and why do they think it's okay to stop by my house without calling first? NOBODY in the civilized world just stops by without calling first. Around here it's considered extremely rude.

  the interesting thing is par 17. it instructs the elders to not question the instrutions they receive during an modern day asyrian attack.

  The next article emphasizes how the Sheep have to obey the Shepherds and the Undershepherds, and not use their "imperfections" as an excuse to disobey them.

  I wouldn't call pedophilia an imperfection. I call it a reason to execute!

  i have been rather scarce i know, i've been so very busy with work that i don't really have much time to log on, and we had someone come into our home and steal our laptop, so haven't been able to log on at home either.. work is still going very well.

  it's not easy cold selling, but i've had a good few ads come in and keep me ticking over.

  every now and again i pop because i simply don't know what else management want me to do, i'm doing everything i can.

  Hello and thank you for posting your story! Your family looks so good.

  This forum has helped me enormously. With simple logic and reasoning on the history of the WT, I came to realize that there is NO WAY they could possibly by speaking for the Creator of the universe.

  Before the internet I had no access to information such as how the WT was burying hazardous waste from their printing operations, and members of the governing body saluting the flag in order to obtain passports for their travels, meanwhile disfellowshipping any congregation member who saluted the flag.

  I learned of many decisions made with no thought for the harm resulting to individuals, such as not allowing substitute civil service so that men didn't have to go to jail; the unnecessary martyrdom of the Malawi JW who couldn't buy a card, but at the same time the Mexican brothers were allowed to bribe officials so they could keep from being in the military. Learning how elderly people who had spent their entire lives working at Bethel were framed and kicked out after KGB-style interrogations.

  I've learned here what life at Bethel is really all about from people who revealed first hand the type of treatment they encountered, and the energy expended to keep these details covered up. It's just a huge nest of hypocrisy, and far from protecting Jehovah's name they completely destroy it.

  What the WT is: A corporation run for huge profits, within a cult. Their claims of a connection with God have been proven to be self-serving lies. That's it!

  shocked by the lack of action, the victims mother immediately left the congregation with her son.

  by this stage campos was a known predator with complaints having been made to the elders at linda vista spanish, playa pacifica spanish and the watchtower dating back to 1982.elizabeth mcfarland ohio a former ministerial servant named scott silvasy sexually molested elizabeth when she was a child through her early teens.

  i think wickedness comes from evil people.. there are many people in between the two extremes of, overly good people and overly evil persons.. i do not believe in a devil.. i think he is a concept dreampt up by evil ones to blame bad behavior, as a red herring, on anyone but themselves.. the watchtower makes up attrocious lies, brow beats good people not to better themselves,.

  all the while, they are building their own empire.. they say, do not isiolate yourself.

  it is not good for you.. but if you don't agree with them and their current teachings, you will be shunned, disfellowshipped.. that can and does, have earth shattering results.. so many things, i was taught as a born in, are now considered apostate teachings.

  It IS a good question! I don't know what to think about it. Geraldine said The Devil made me do it! A lot of people use that excuse. I don't feel convinced that there's a personality floating around trying to get humans to be bad. Maybe destructive power-hungry hateful bastards are just out of their minds!

  hello, first let me apologixe for both my spelling and my grammer in advance, both are not my strong points.. i'll keep this short.

  since i've been a child my mother has studied on and off with jw's ( i'm now 34) so i've been around it most of my life, i studied on and off myself for around 10 years.

  thank's to this site and jwfacts i'll never study or step foot inside a kingdom hall again.

  Hello Chris! i wish your mum could have tea with 3rdgen and learn what her story is! What was done to her and her family was straight from the home office, not some random elder who had a bad attitude.

  Her mother and father gave a huge amount of money to the WT society for many years. WT has a published promise that if you loan them money in a "conditional loan," they will give the money back to you.

  Her widowed mother asked for a sum to be returned to her from such a loan, when she found herself destitute. Guess what the message was from the office in NYC? "Tell her to apply for welfare." Those liars never helped her, they never kept their word.

  They are still asking for money and giving the same promise to this day!!!
